首先找一张很硬的白纸(一般用手提袋的里面的一面就可以)，然后用剪刀剪成一个长方形，大小可以自己确定。
接下来就要给这个贺卡的雏形做装饰了，找出彩笔给贺卡先画上花边，什么样的花边可以自己选择，有美术功底的小朋友这个时候就可以大展伸手了，画出非常漂亮的花边。
画好了花边之后接着要做的就是空白的部分了，这部分是用来写我们的感谢语的，先要在空白处的左上角画一条横线，一般这条线不能超过空白部分的一半，然后在下面再画一到两条完整的横线，最后在空白部分的右下角画一条横线，也是不能超过空白部分的一半。
接下来就到了最重要的一步，写祝贺语。左上角的一半都是写To××, 或直接写To my dear XXX也行，接下来才是真正的贺语，注意，首字母都要大写。如果横线画的多，还可以再加点别的，比如wish you happy everyday等等，最后右下角一定要署上自己的名字，From ××。
现在看看整张贺卡是不是饱满了，如果觉得空白的地方还是太多，我们还可以再给他画点装饰的图，可 以随意化只要自己觉得好看又有意义就行。这时候一张完美的贺卡就算是完工了。
